Terms of Service

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze sports data and provides information such as outcome predictions, probabilities, confidence levels, statistical comparisons, backtested performance, and value analysis. All content is for reference only and does not constitute betting or financial advice; see the Disclaimer for details.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password and API keys secure, and do not transfer or share your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. You must have reached the legal age required by the laws of your jurisdiction to use this service.

Some features require a paid subscription (the Pro plan). Subscription fees, billing cycles, and contents are as shown on the checkout page and are processed through a third-party payment provider (PAYUNi / 統一金流). You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to adjust plans and prices, and will give reasonable advance notice.

Regarding the 7-day cooling-off period: This service provides "digital content not delivered on a tangible medium" and "online services completed upon provision"—for example, real-time AI predictions, win probabilities, and value analysis, which can be accessed immediately upon activation and cannot be recovered. Pursuant to the proviso of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, and Article 2 of the Regulations Governing the Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales (enacted by the Executive Yuan under the authorization of that article), where the consumer has consented prior to purchase, such digital content / online services constitute a reasonable exception to the 7-day unconditional right of rescission (cooling-off period) and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period.

Therefore, when you complete your subscription payment, you are deemed to have consented in advance to immediate activation and commencement of use of this digital service, and no refunds will be given once the transaction is concluded (except to the extent you may still assert rights under applicable consumer protection laws). The checkout page will also remind you of this exception again before payment; please confirm your agreement before proceeding to pay.

All content, models, prediction data, interface designs, trademarks, and logos on the Platform are owned by Sporta-AI or its licensors. Without written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, resell, scrape, or bulk-extract Platform data by automated means.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Violating any applicable law, or engaging in betting in jurisdictions where gambling is prohibited
• Accessing, interfering with, or disrupting the service or its servers without authorization
• Excessively extracting data via crawlers, bots, or similar means, or circumventing access restrictions
• Reselling, sublicensing, or impersonating the Platform's content or brand

This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss (including betting losses) arising from your use of this service.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. We may also update these Terms from time to time; updates will be posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
